Forman & Associates Consulting, LLC (Forman & Associates) provides financial consulting services to behavioral health care organizations. At Forman & Associates we not only provide advice but we also work with our customers to implement our recommendations. Frequently we assist customers who have struggled with instituting necessary change in their organizational culture. In many of these cases our customers have identified "effective" solutions but they have a great deal of difficulty in the implementation process. Forman & Associates bring many years of "hands on" experience in the implementation of meaningful change.
